Circle Supply Bb fibers ships via 3rd part freight companies, USPS, UPS, and Fedex. By selecting the ground shipping option we reserve the right to dispatch the order using the best determined carrier and the ability to guarantee a specific carrier is currently unavailable. Express & Overnight shipping is not guaranteed by Circle Supply. For longer or heavier haul deliveries we use trusted LTL carriers and partners.
Within ordering it is possible for shipments to be a mix of parcel with LTL, all LTL or even all parcel as this does not guarantee the actual shipping method LTL vs Parcel but would provide the absolute best shipping cost for any order.
For standard parcel orders your goods would be estimated to be dispatched the same to next business day after the order is placed. Most orders are shipped same day and we make every effort to fulfill orders as fast as possible. For ground shipments it usually takes anywhere from 1 - 6 business days to arrive depending on the ship to location. This is an estimated transit time and actual transit times and carrier delays may vary.
Denial of freight may result in a 20% restocking fee and forfeiture of your shipping charge. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Signature may be required at the time of delivery by USPS for higher value orders. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us or the terminal.
Lost Merchandise
All shipping is an estimated time, and Circle Supply may choose the best shipment option in terms of speed and reliability for your goods. No shipping time is guaranteed while 20 days is generally accepted as a lost good. If shipping has not arrived on the 20 day mark, a refund will be issued through an insurance claim process.
All refused orders including vendor shipped orders are subject to a loss of original shipping/handling fee.
